The newsletter was designed to help entrepreneurs feel emotionally understood and financially empowered.
As editorial lead, I led end-to-end production, pitched topics, interviewed subjects, wrote profiles, and edited external contributors. I also developed editorial systems that helped scale the newsletter and improve efficiency.

Sent monthly to 1 million Square business owners in the U.S.
Open rate: 50–58% (outperforming Square’s GRM benchmark); unsubscribe rate: 0.01%.
BUSINESS RESULTS
Square Savings saw an +8.6% lift in awareness at 92% confidence (stat sig).
Square Checking, Loans, and Instant Transfers saw a positive lift in awareness at 70% confidence.
Square Debit Card saw a +1.75% lift in new card orders.
Square Credit Card saw a 7% increase in unique visitors and a 616% increase in clicks-to-sign-up on send day.
